At Breastfeeding Uganda, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients can cancel individual classes up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • In the event that a client purchases a session or product that they choose to return, they may choose an equally priced service or product.

  • Exchanges can only happen if the reasons for the exchange place the service provider at fault. The service provider is at fault when the product or service provided was not what the client paid or requested for or if the product is defected.

  • There will be no cash refunds for any service or product. Rather, clients may request for an exchange, reschedule sessions or classes within 14 days from purchase.
  • Exchanges and reschulding of classes or session may only happen within 14 days after purchase.
  • Clients will incur shipping or transportation costs for exchanged goods that are to be delivered.

Special Circumstances:

  • In cases of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, clients may request for a session or class to be rescheduled as per available slots
  • Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and availability of upcoming sessions and classes.

Process for Cancellation or Refund:

  • Contact us via email or phone call to inform us of your decision to cancel or reschedule a class or session.
  • Choose an available later session and book through our booking system.
  • For physical products, call or send an email through our official contacts and request for an exchange with reasons for the exchange request.

Exceptions:

  • Exchanges and rescheduling of sessions will not be issued for technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be effective immediately and apply to all existing subscriptions.
